What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You'll need a valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), passport or national ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name. EU licences are accepted, and we can arrange International Driving Permits for non-EU visitors.
Can I take the rental car outside Portugal?
Yes, our Premium and Executive packages include EU-wide coverage. You can travel freely across European Union countries with proper documentation. Additional fees may apply for certain destinations outside the EU.
What happens if I have an accident or breakdown?
All rentals include comprehensive insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. Simply call our emergency number, and we'll arrange immediate support. Our multilingual team can assist you anywhere in Europe.
Are there any mileage restrictions?
No mileage restrictions apply within Portugal for any package. EU travel includes generous mileage allowances, with additional kilometres available at competitive rates if needed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to fleet availability.
